Top 10 best albums:
1. He Is We – My Forever

This is the band to watch out for. In-fact you shouldn’t be watching out for He Is We, they will be knocking on your door and invading your iPod very soon. He Is We demonstrates everything that is right with pop music nowadays. I’ve never been so in focused while listening to an album in its entirety. This quote by our reviewer Christopher Vitale says it all; “…the songs have the uncanny ability to entice a smile…”
2. Kanye West – My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy

After a terrible release in 808 and Heartbreak, Kanye West finally hung up all of the autotune nonsense and released a masterpiece. Rapping is Kanye West’s art and he has mastered his craft.
3. Wavves – King of the Beach

Picture Punk Rock on Ecstasy and LSD and mix it with the best of Indie Rock. That describes Wavves’ King of the Beach. Yeah, it’s that good.
4. Motion City Soundtrack – My Dinosaur Life

After a disappointing release in Even if It Kills Me, Motion City Soundtrack turned to Mark Hoppus to produce and help create this amazing gem of an album. It’s catchy, poppy and you will undoubtedly bop your head and hum to it.
5. Fake Problems – Real Ghosts Caught on Tape

You can easily tell that Fake Problems have matured from Whippersnapping kids, listening to Blink-182, into a band filled with many diverse influences. Fake Problems, Real Ghosts Caught on Tape exhibit their diversity in music and it has certainly paid off.
6. B.O.B. – The Adventures of Bobby Ray

With guests such as; Hayley Williams, Lupe Fiasco, Rivers Cuomo, Bruno Mars and Eminem, B.O.B features a packed star-studded line up for his debut release, The Adventures of Bobby Ray. He has flow in his rapping, he can sing, he has great guests on his album and his crossover genre-defying sound is just brilliant.
7. My Chemical Romance – Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys

Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys is a new chapter in My Chemical Romance’s book. You honestly get the best of both worlds in the their new album with the feel of Three Cheers for Revenge in the song “Planetary (Go)” and the feel of their last album The Black Parade in their single “Sing.” The album fails to disappoint
8. Mason Jennings – The Flood

Folk has made a comeback in 2010. Mason Jennings’ The Flood is the most underrated album on this list. It seems to have flown by people’s radar that this album was even released! He’s a great musician and he needs to be recognized as a great one. The Flood simply amplifies that.
9. Jimmy Eat World – Invented

The new direction of Jimmy Eat World was surprising to say the least. Not since Bleed American or Clarity have I ever found my self strangely in tuned and wanting more songs from Jimmy Eat World. Invented is a hit.
10. Mumford and Sons – Sigh No More

I know, I know, I know, if you are from the UK this album was released in 09 but I am not. I live in America, so it stands; the album was released in 2010. Mumford and Sons‘ Sigh No More displays Indie folk as its best, paving new influences for many bands to come.
