In a case, that we have seen a million times and will continue to see a million more times, an unknown band is suing a very known band for copyright infringement. Paramore is being sued by an unknown band called Tenspoke Indies for “copyright infringement.” Tenspoke Indies claim that Paramore’s hit song The Only Exception sounds very similar to their song Starlighter. They claim that they sent their song to Paramore’s record label, Fueled By Ramen in 2006. Read more about the case and listen to the songs for comparison here.
